Nestled in the heart of Yaremche, I recently had the pleasure of spending a cozy night at Guest House Shafran while exploring this picturesque town. Our room was impeccably clean and featured a comfy bed, which, coupled with a lovely mountain view from the balcony, made for a delightful stay. The shared kitchen and lounge were very inviting, allowing us to connect with fellow travelers over a cup of tea, and the free WiFi kept us well-connected. While Yaremche may not have an abundance of attractions for foreigners, the town's serene charm offers a lovely respite. I appreciated the proximity to Ivano-Frankivsk Airport, just 60 km away, making it easily accessible for a quick getaway. If you're travelling with little ones, the children's playground is a thoughtful touch too. Guest House Shafran may have limited local offerings, but it certainly excels in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all its guests-perfect for a brief pause in our literary adventures!
